Hey @AirCanada how is it that over 80% of my flights with you since the pandemic have had “unexpected malfunctions and need for maintenance” and thus not eligible for delay compensation???

@AirCanada what incredibly poor customer service (didn’t you just win some “best airline” award recently). My flight delayed over 5 hours…no compensation. My son’s flight cancelled and re-routed to land over 6 hours later…no compensation. PATHETIC.

Data from @GosiaGasperoPhD Kids are the group in which COVID now grows the fastest. If COVID spreads freely among children and the unvaccinated contract it, 437 kids would develop severe illness, 2 would die, and between 23K and 60K would develop long COVID. Worse w/ delta.

The @CMOH_Alberta hasn't been involved in the overdose emergency response since Nov 2019. During the pandemic, the gov't actually *shut down* multiple life-saving overdose prevention services. Overdose is being used as a scapegoat for stopping work on COVID-19. #ableg

AHS modelling "suggests that, by early October, there could be as many as 365 patients in need of the province's current 286 ICU beds" (many of which are already difficult to staff surge beds) "Alberta hospitals really are on the brink of collapse" cbc.ca/news/canada/ca…

We are in dire circumstances, Alberta. “If you wait [to get vaccinated], with the active case numbers rising as fast as they are, you WILL get infected. When you do, the health care system will probably not be there for you.” 😭 #COVID19AB #IntentionallyCruelWave

RT if you want Alberta to bring in vaccine passports. Vaccine passports boost vaccination rates, allow businesses to open safely, and let vaccinated Albertans go on as normal. Jason Kenney's plan is for blanket restrictions. The choice is clear. #ableg cbc.ca/news/canada/ed…
