As I’ve said repeatedly, Americans trust President Trump as their Commander-in-Chief and support his efforts to eliminate terrorist threats and keep us safe. There is no “MAGA fracturing,” no matter how many times the media tries to claim otherwise.

Karoline Leavitt on MAGA: I would remind people X is not real life. Trump lives in the real world. There is nothing more America First than taking out terrorists who have maimed and killed our servicemen and women.

Translation: If you're a Republican who thought Jeb Bush was the best candidate in 2016, and 2024 for that matter, you don't have to spend an ounce of energy worrying about things because the neocon strain of Republicanism is back, despite being thoroughly defeated at the ballot box for 10 years.

Which is more likely: The polls used a biased/heavily skewed participation sample, or the huge #'s of views and likes that @TuckerCarlson and @megynkelly (and others calling out the idiocy of the Israel-first agenda) are fake? This is the same level of idiocy as the GOP using abortion as their primary issue in 2018. I predict similar results.

This is the type of denialism that destroyed the Dems in 2024. The # of people who identify as MAGA has likely shrunk considerably (🙋‍♂️ myself included). But sure, let's keep up the delusion that there's absolutely zero objections to Israel-first policies within the GOP. Midterms are gonna go great.

People trust the president implicitly. Plain and simple. The numbers show it. Ultimately in the end here, this will all be judged on results. But the MAGA base and GOP more generally are basically lockstep with the president.

I mean we’ve been saying this for awhile yet all those reporters who are “experts” continue to print about a split - for those who want their to be - take note - especially all the pontificating former members of congress - NOT HAPPENING

There's no break in MAGA. Trump's approval with MAGA GOP is literally 100%. 90% of MAGA GOP approve of US military action in Iran. Those who disapprove of Trump are not MAGA at this point. Importantly: MAGA makes up the same share of voters as it did when Trump won in 2024.

Trump just confirmed what I said… Israel attacked without Trump’s approval. Absolutely reckless. They are escalating and dragging us in at the expense of our Gulf allies.

Israel just struck South Pars in Iran, the largest natural gas field in the world… We previously told Israel not to target it. Iran is now going to respond by hitting energy facilities in the Gulf States, further alienating our allies.

I talked to multiple Senators today. They know the floor debate is for show and SAVE America is going NOWHERE in the Senate. Ask yourselves why Voter ID, that over 80% of Americans support, is being blocked? Thune this is not a paid influencer campaign. So the Trump admin is going to put Joe Kent in jail before anyone on the Epstein list or anyone from Obama’s Russia gate or anyone from Covid tyranny. Under Trump, I guess Joe Kent, Gold Star Husband and deployed 11 times, can join Tina Peters, Gold Star Mom, in prison.

I'm going to make some obvious points. (1) Blowing up all the oil infrastructure in the Middle East is an insane idea, and may well result in a global economic crash and humanitarian crisis unrivaled in the lives of those now living. We're talking about the price of everything everywhere rising, from food to gas, at a moment when inflation was already high. All of that will be laid at the feet of the authors of this war. (2) The antebellum status quo of Feb 27, 2026 was just not that bad, but we're unlikely to return to it. Expect indefinite, long-term, ongoing disruptions to everything out of the Middle East. (3) Also assume tech financing crashes for the indefinite future. The genius plan to get the Gulf states caught in the crossfire has incinerated much of the funding for LPs, for datacenters, and for IPOs. Anyone in tech who supported this war may soon learn the meaning of "force majeure" as funding gets yanked. (4) Many capital allocators will instead be allocating much further down Maslow's hierarchy of needs, towards useful basic things like food and energy. (5) It's fortunate that all those progressives yelled about the "climate crisis." Yes, their reasoning about timelines was wrong, and much of the money was wasted in graft, but the result was right: we all need energy independence from the Middle East, pronto. It's also fortunate that Elon and China autistically took climate seriously. Now they're going to need to ship a billion solar panels, electric vehicles, batteries, nuclear power plants, and the like to get everyone off oil, immediately. (6) It's not just an oil and gas problem, of course. It's also a fertilizer problem, and a chemical precursor problem. Maybe some new sources will come online at the new prices, but it takes time to dial stuff up, particularly at this scale, so shortages are almost a certainty. That said, China has actually scaled up coal-to-chemicals[a,c] (C2C), and there's also something more sci-fi called Power-to-X[b] which turns arbitrary power + water + air into hydrocarbons. But all of that will need to get accelerated. I have a background in chemical engineering so may start funding things in this area. (7) Ultimately, this war is going to result in tremendous blame for anyone associated with it. It's a no-win scenario to blow up this much infrastructure for so many people. Simply not worth it for whatever objective they thought they were going to attain. But unless you're actually in a position to stop the madness, the pragmatic thing to do is: scramble to mitigate the fallout to yourself, your business, and your people. There was an unprecedented coalition made up of traditional conservatives, MAHA supporters, libertarians, young Americans who listened to Joe Rogan and Theo Von, former Democrats like Tulsi Gabbard and RFK Jr., and so many other non-traditional Republican voters. And all of that was sacrificed for a small group of Never Trumpers like Mark Levin and Ben Shapiro, who supported Ted Cruz in 2016 and Nicki Haley or Ron DeSantis in 2024.
