@ATT @FCC @californiapuc ATT allowed the transfer of my mobile number without my authorization and without third party verification. When I called ATT the first time, they told me nothing we can do, try calling the service provider to which my number was illegally transferred.

@lufthansa Please honor the terms of cancellation that you committed to me by refunding the remaining $635.21

@lufthansa I have a 3 month case 35287498 with Lufthansa and there has been no resolution. On 12/28/2021 at 2:20PM PT I called your customer service at (800)645-3880 to cancel and refund a ticket.

@lufthansa Please can you help with getting the refund team to look into this and review the recorded phone call on 12/28/2021 and the notes that both the customer service person and the refund team person would have taken during that 12/28/2021 call.

@lufthansa I didn't even get refund the additional baggage fees that I paid. Per the terms of cancellation that I accepted on 12/28/2021 I am still owed $635.21 (what I fully paid minus $20)

@lufthansa The customer service person I spoke with placed me on hold, escalated my request with the refund team and received an approval to fully refund me minus $20 fee. I accepted these cancellation terms. Until today, I have only been refunded $130.24 for the taxes.

@LADWP there’s water rushing down Califa Street, it looks to be coming from El Canon Ave off of Valley Circle (Woodland Hills 91367). Have noticed this happening other times but this time it’s lasting hours.
