I wonder how to fix the last part of customer support I still get and can't automate:
Customer buys 5,000 credits for $350
Then messages me: "I signed up for $99/mo but it charged me $99 and then $350"
Yes because you bought 5,000 credits for $350
% of people either just lie or they have memory loss
Then they chargeback and I can't win ever anyway
I could make some thing to add a refund if your credits aren't used yet though that might solve it?

I hate tmux
It's so incredibly user unfriendly
The shortcuts make no sense
I wish someone would make a better tmux
Even just logging into tmux attaching the screen is an illogical hell to type

@helloitsaustin I use private mode for this type of questions because I believed that it would cause problems for memory and start giving me trash output. Should I just skip it and mix my work&life?

@0xTib3rius The hallucination problem in law will be solved the same way biology did it they will create purpose built systems not better LLMs. It’s an engineering and architecture problem not an unsolvable one
