Day 35 of @amznsellerhelp not doing anything to help us and stealing our money
I wonder how long it will take for amazon to give us our hard earned money back

We got charged the wrong storage Fees on February 4th by Amazon
They still have not refunded us…
They tried to charge the wrong amount again in March but our bank declined as we didn’t have enough balance
We can’t chat with support our account is suspended @amznsellerhelp

Hi @amznsellerhelp we been asked to put in a credit card to get charged the wrong amount again so we can resolve our issue…..
That’s absolutely ridiculous. Why are you doing this to a small business and making our life so hard for no reason
