Really disappointed with @OnePlus_IN service 😐 Lost 1 earbud (OnePlus Nord Buds 3 – still under warranty). Service center quote: ₹1822 for ONE bud. After escalation, they offer just ₹250 discount → still ~₹1500 for a single side While a brand new pair costs ~₹2099.

Order id 234214206217710 I ordered a @OnePlus_IN buds 4 from @SwiggyCares Instamart and got a single buds only what kind of special edition this is .this is very bad I have raised my complaint in customer support but they keep on saying wait for 6Hours we will get back to you .

@oneplus_india @OnePlus_Support Also, the UPI Tap & Pay experience is broken. Whenever I tap on a sound box with the amount, it just opens the payment page and cuts off the camera scan flow. I still have to enter the PIN and can’t simply tap to pay. This defeats the whole purpose really disappointing.
