#सिडको प्राधिकरणाच्या वतीने #नवीमुंबई येथे पंतप्रधान आवास योजनेतून बांधलेल्या घरांच्या किंमती कमी करण्याबाबत आज विधानसभेच्या समिती सभागृहात विशेष बैठकीचे आयोजन करण्यात आले होते.
यावेळी सिडकोची अल्प उत्पन्न गटातील घरांच्या किंमती जास्त असल्याने त्याला अपेक्षित प्रतिसाद मिळत नाही, तसेच काही ठिकाणी खाजगी विकासकांच्या घरांच्या किंमती सिडको प्राधिकरणाच्या घरापेक्षा स्वस्त असल्याची परिस्थिती आहे. या वाढीव किंमती कमी करून घर खरेदी करणाऱ्या नागरिकांना दिलासा द्यावा अशी मागणी यावेळी करण्यात आली. यासोबतच करांचा बोजा, दंडाची रक्कम यामुळे नागरिकांना विनाकारण भुर्दंड सोसावा लागत असल्याची भूमिका या बैठकीत मांडण्यात आली.
या किंमती निश्चित करण्यामागे नक्की काय कारणे आहेत ते जाणून घेऊन अल्प आणि मध्यम गटातील घरांच्या किमतीचे पुनर्वलोकन करून त्यानंतरच याबाबत सर्वंकष निर्णय घेण्याचे या बैठकीत निश्चित करण्यात आले.
यावेळी सिडकोचे व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक विजय संघल, सह- व्यवस्थापकीय संचालक गणेश देशमुख, नगरविकास विभागाचे अप्पर मुख्य सचिव असीम गुप्ता आणि आमदार शशिकांत शिंदे, आमदार विक्रांत पाटील तसेच संबंधित विभागांचे वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.

So what penalty applies when YOU delay refunds for months, and people are forced to wait endlessly for their own money? It’s absolutely inhuman to take 30–50% of someone’s income in India and then still expect them to pay for: • Medical and health care bills • Children’s education • skyrocketing living costs • and dozens of hidden taxes • taxes on fuel If a government is collecting half of a citizen’s income, then quality healthcare and quality education must be guaranteed, not treated like a luxury.
