How do you explain why intractable pain patients /rare painful diseases, vets n severe painful disabilities are being dropped from treatments basically ignored n treated like we don't exist? Isn't pain care our human right?

I hate days where pain is so completely encompassing you can't even bring yourself to care about anything. The world exists outside the shell of pain, and you can't break free of the shell to see the world, be part of it all. The world passes by, no one knows I exist, nor cares.

Hi I’m someone you know. I’m a responsible opioid user. I had an industrial accident. I hurt every region of my back. I’m not asking for anything, I worked, gained retirement and now as I age I need help. all I ask is decent respect for chronic pain and access to a safe medicine

@MomAmericas They can be Sanctioned & get their license taken away for the non treatment of pain , same as under treatment n over treatment I'd contact the medical board n report this Dr

@onnaroll66 I’ve sent records & been clear I need Rx: -1st appt told ‘just met you so we need to wait until next visit to prescribe’ -2nd appt (after signing contracts etc) told, ‘we can only prescribe gabapentin & nsaids. Not giving opioids to ANY of our patients.’ ‘You can go to the ER.’

@nicholas_perris It caused a rash & it's been hurting me I'm allergic I only took two doses n haven't taken it in two days now & it's still itching n hurting I made a appointment tomorrow at 11 I wonder what she's going to prescribe me , I hope it works n I'm not allergic

Maybe #Dateline will look into just how badly chronic and intractable pain patients are being treated by these opioiphobic policies and run a story. Patients are being cut off and stigmatized, while counterfeit street drugs are everywhere. Drug prohibition is a genocide.

@FLSpacePort You're absolutely right! I spent two weeks so stressed out I couldn't eat,sleep or do anything but worry , luckily I explained my health concerns namely metro valve prolapse & she changed her tune put me on morphine ER I'm So glad to have this behind me what a Nightmare

@onnaroll66 So I personally if not an addict, Would state this to the Doctor, That being as My Condition is Permanent for life, that I cannot have addiction meds in my file, as Im not an addict & There are Plenty of Opioids for Pain which are not for addiction. 2/2
