I spoke to Anthropic’s AI agent Claude about AI collecting massive amounts of personal data and how that information is being used to violate our privacy rights. What an AI agent says about the dangers of AI is shocking and should wake us up.

I wasted so much money on clothes in my 20s that I should have just invested in my own health. Getting fit is worth more than any style makeover. A fit person looks better in jeans and a white tee than an unfit person in a $2000 designer outfit.

Random thing that improved my life: I got this ring light that I put next to my desk to shine bright light in my eyes early in the morning. I wake up at 430am and definitely saw an improvement in morning alertness and sleep quality. Also felt like it helped avoid winter lows.

anyone in the comments of this post saying “take breaks” “go for walks” or smth like that, don’t listen to them. the real playbook is: chair --> sofa --> chair --> bed --> make a DIY standing desk --> realise it doesn’t work --> eat a fkn protein bar or smth --> repeat.

If your company gives you AI access to “enhance your role”… Use it to replace your role, here’s why: 1) That’s eventually going to happen anyway. 2) The ones who automate themselves first become more valuable to the company. 3) You’ll expose all the pointless shit they have you do, which benefits you and them. 4) You become the go to AI expert for a short while, giving you extra time to collect income until your next move. Work on replacing yourself before you’re easily replaced.

AI is quickly separating those with “busywork” and those who think for a living.

Patience is bullshit. Presence is the real virtue. Patience says “endure this”. Presence says “experience this”. Massive difference.
