@Xochitl7 Sometimes the tracking doesn't update for awhile if the carrier doesn't scan it, scan it properly, etc. However, as mentioned, if it's been ten business days or longer please let us know! We'll be happy to make sure you receive your OFOOS.

@oofos I bought a slipper in March and it already broke. I reached out to customer service and I was basically told too bad. buyer beware. Inferior product made worse by inferior customer support.

@oofos Oh my, I don’t know much about who footwear is made or what it’s made of, but I do know and understand complete comfort in shoes… this is the most comfortable footwear I have ever worn in my 73 years on this planet. Oh soooo nice to my feet!
