An honest observation over our years in Germany is that Germans find it seemingly impossible to apologise, more so on behalf of their own company when not one direct person’s fault. I notice this weekly. Anyone else?

@ooohberlin Due to the pandemic delays do occur (even at the customs too). If they lasts too long (more than 21 working days) the sender must initiate an investigation at his postal service on site. We can't accelerate the processing. Please be patient. Best regards ^TD

@DHLPaket hello! This was sent from uk on 14th december; does this status mean you/customs are checking its allowed OR you are waiting for some tax payment? As i have not got any email about that and really need this package, seems just stuck.

Those silly moments when you decide to try @lieferando again instead of @woltapp due to choice when busy, & you’re still waiting two hours later when the driver calls to insist he is in front of your door, and then you find out he is two tube stations away at the wrong house.
