Looking back, it was a worthy venture which, apart from the social gags and lifelong regimentation that comes with the noblest profession; Teaching - there is nothing worthy of pursuit than a life to live while practically sowing lives in Lives - Teaching!

If a monkey hoarded more bananas than it could eat, while most of the other monkeys starved, scientists would study that monkey to figure out what was wrong with it. When humans do it, we put them on the cover of Forbes.

I can't speak to other regions that I don't go to regularly but much of abusive approach that Obidients deploy is mostly only online in the SW. They are not as loud or belligerent when you meet them in real life. Maybe because the distance between an aggressive person & the person who has been sent to correct them is not measured by online distance.

If you invested half the time you spend on politics into learning a new skill, advancing your career, or marketing your business, you’d have a lot more to be thankful for. Please focus!!!!!

@kbd_warrior_su You are not really well informed of the topic you are dabbling into, 😁. The refinery you referenced here happened due to the leadership the current Nigeria president showed as the Lagos Governor. You are fed a wrong notion. Change your audience, you seem genuinely educable.

One may wonder why a Ghanaian like me is so interested in Nigerian matters. But look at this. With mega projects at this scale and a strong, authoritarian (because democracy has failed) anti-imperialist government that is capable of nationalizing their resources, all they would have to do is fix their electricity and Nigeria will turn around so fast that not only would Nigerians rush back to set up global-scale business, but the prospects and benefits will spread across the entire region and continent. But they first need to get rid of the current leadership, and get rid of democracy because that's the only way they can ensure dullards don't find their way into leadership positions through foreign exploits.

@DancelordTR @Babshub_ I can relate. However, he's addressing the foundational issues and clearing clogs... We experienced a worse start in Lagos, we all are witnessing the output now. May God bless Nigeria 😊 Let's give him time

Tinubu, with vastly less power and zero institutional influence got over 8 million votes in 2023. You seriously expect him to get fewer votes now that he controls everything? Political naivety at its finest.
D!🥤💜The phone boy@darlytheboy

Obi + Kwankwaso got 7.6m votes combined, just 1m less than Tinubu. With new influx of youths now above the voting age and mobilization of those that didn’t vote last time, ousting Tinubu is very possible. Stop listening to these prophets of doom

Please marry someone who is close to your level of imaan and your halal–haram ratio. Don’t marry a “project” thinking you’ll fix them. That mindset doesn’t build marriage, it builds resentment and ends in divorce

Most important lesson is to build bridges, forget great alliances early, be loyal and have integrity, be true to your words and help people to win, they’ll help you win. BATs greatest strength is in the investment he’s got in people over the years. 65% of active politicians today are some how a beneficiary of his largeness at some point.

President Tinubu's style of politics is revealing the true nature of Nigerian politicians in its RAW form. As a young person, open your third eye and learn. Lots of lessons and parables.

A divided opposition did infact beat Tinubu in 2023, we just did not protect our votes and naively trusted corrupt institutions.

When Professor Rahman Bello was the VC of unilag as far back as 2015, this man will literally pray jummah with us side by side. There was a time he came late for Jummah and had to pray outside on the mat, laid on the bare floor…. A whole VC of unilag sitting on the ground 😭

Circa 2008, Wale Tinubu and Mofe Boyo, Oando Group CEO and his deputy, would drop their prayer mats on top of the roadside drainage covering, under sun, side by side with every one else, including the Adamu sweet seller and Kazeem mechanic, at the juma'at extension of the Eti Osa LG mosque in Muri Okunola VI then. The Imam, far away in the covered main mosque building, won't even know Oando 001 and 002 were among the people worshipping behind him.
