But she replied, “I can’t, they will kill me.” She did contact the police and was later found with her head “blown off”. Officers on the scene stated there was no way it was a suicide. The coroner ruled it as suicide anyway.

Here is the full list of charges against the Tate brothers, along with some of the crypto scams they promoted. US Marshals have arrested them on a British extradition warrant. Somehow, people are still defending these men as misunderstood masculinity influencers who merely offended the wrong people. This stopped being about offensive podcasts a long time ago. Here is the actual record. ➡️ United Kingdom The Crown Prosecution Service now wants both brothers extradited over a combined 59 criminal charges involving 7 alleged victims. Andrew Tate faces 42 charges in total. The original 10 charges comprise 3 counts of rape, 4 counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm, 2 counts of human trafficking and 1 count of controlling prostitution for gain. The newly announced 32 charges comprise 7 further counts of rape, 3 counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation, 3 further counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and 19 offences relating to indecent images of a child and extreme pornography. Tristan Tate faces 17 charges in total. The original 11 comprise 3 counts of rape, 6 counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and 2 counts of human trafficking. The additional 6 comprise 2 further counts of rape, 1 count of sexual assault and 3 counts of arranging or facilitating trafficking for sexual exploitation. The additional alleged offences occurred between July 2010 and August 2017. Both men deny the allegations, and the charges still have to be tested in court. That legal presumption matters, but it does not magically erase the charges or turn every prosecutor into part of an imaginary “Matrix.” Andrew also faces a separate British civil claim from 4 women who accuse him of rape, physical abuse and coercive control. He denies those allegations. In another civil case, a British court allowed police to seize almost £2.7 million from the brothers and an associate after finding that tax had not been paid on approximately £21 million in revenue generated through their online businesses. ➡️ Romania Both brothers were indicted in Romania in 2023 over allegations that they formed an organised criminal group and trafficked women for sexual exploitation. Andrew was also charged with rape. Prosecutors said the alleged victims were recruited through false promises of relationships before being controlled and forced to produce pornographic material. In December 2024, a Romanian appeals court returned that case to prosecutors because of procedural and evidentiary defects. Tate supporters constantly describe this as an acquittal. It was not. The court did not find them innocent. It found that the prosecution file could not proceed to trial in its existing form. A broader Romanian investigation involving the brothers and several other suspects has examined alleged participation in an organised criminal group, human trafficking, trafficking of minors, sexual intercourse with a minor and money laundering. In May 2026, prosecutors expanded the investigation into Andrew Tate to include alleged incitement to hatred or discrimination against women, based on public statements made between 2021 and 2024. Romanian reporting on a further DIICOT expansion in July 2026 also described allegations involving witness influence, the removal of assets from seizure and complicity in trafficking minors. These investigations remain ongoing and have not produced final convictions. ➡️ United States The Miami arrest is not a newly announced American prosecution for sexual offences. US Marshals arrested the brothers on behalf of Britain so that extradition proceedings can begin. Florida nevertheless opened its own criminal investigation after the brothers entered the state in 2025. The Florida attorney general announced that subpoenas and search warrants had been issued, although I could find no publicly announced Florida indictment as of July 19, 2026. Andrew Tate is also being sued in California by a former girlfriend who alleges that he sexually assaulted, beat and strangled her at the Beverly Hills Hotel. That is a civil case, not a criminal conviction, and Tate denies the allegations. ➡️ Then there is crypto The documented promotion pattern is exactly the kind of influencer driven extraction Web3 has spent years pretending not to recognise. One example is $DADDY. Approximately 40% of the supply was transferred to Andrew Tate’s public wallet. He promised not to sell it and later promoted a supposed burn worth more than $100 million, although the token reportedly had only around $2.5 million in real liquidity. 11 wallets funded through Binance that purchased large positions immediately before Tate publicly promoted the token. The wallets bought at nearly identical times and in similar amounts, strongly suggesting coordinated control. Two further clusters accumulated roughly 10% of the supply before the promotion. The token’s developer had extracted more than $400,000 through sales. Other Tate promotions include $RNT, $GER or $GERMANY, $ROOST, $FTRISTAN, $TOPG, $SLUTS and $TATE. All rugged. A connected wallet cluster controlled around 30% of $GER before it fell roughly 99%. $ROOST collapsed by more than 90% and its treasury was later compromised. $FTRISTAN, $TOPG, $RNT and $DADDY also suffered losses exceeding 90% from their peaks. $SLUTS appeared around one of Tate’s viral posts with almost no credible project information, no transparent team. During a livestream, Tate demonstrated that merely mentioning or mocking a token could cause speculators to flood into it. Around $2 million was poured into coins created around his comments about a journalist within hours, while vastly larger sums moved through other tokens associated with his posts. Tate himself wrote that having the power to pump almost any coin was “super fun.” The people buying the top were apparently expected to enjoy the lesson. In July 2026, Tate sold an entire allocation of roughly 650 million $TATE tokens for about $23,000 after previously presenting himself as a committed holder. It was simply another perfect demonstration of how influencer conviction works once somebody else has supplied the liquidity. Here, we are only talking about memecoins. The whole thing goes much further, but let’s leave it there for now.

Andrew and Tristan Tate spent the days before their arrest partying in Washington, D.C., as guests of Paolo Zampolli — Donald Trump’s U.S. Special Envoy for Global Partnerships and a longtime friend of Trump and Melania. Zampolli is the former modeling executive who says he brought Melania to the United States and introduced her to Donald Trump. His name has also surfaced repeatedly in reporting surrounding Jeffrey Epstein’s modeling-world connections. And there’s more. Zampolli previously acknowledged contacting a senior ICE official about Amanda Ungaro, the mother of his child, during a bitter custody dispute. She was later taken into immigration custody and deported, although Zampolli denies that he asked ICE to detain her. Now we learn that the Tate brothers — facing rape and sex-trafficking charges in Britain — were being welcomed and entertained in Washington by a Trump administration envoy shortly before federal authorities arrested them in Miami. That raises some very serious questions: Who invited them? Who did they meet with? And why were they being embraced by someone so close to Trump’s inner circle? Stay tuned. Brothers Andrew and Tristan Tate have been arrested in Miami, Florida, according to the U.S. Marshals Service. The Feds have not yet announced the charges, saying the warrant remains under seal. @AP sources say the arrests were made in connection with a U.K. extradition request (where they face rape and human trafficking charges).
