Hey @AskVirginMoney here's a question. Why have you locked me out my account, stopped my payments, passed me to 5 depts and kept me on hold for over 60mins so far?

Hey @VirginMoney - you've frozen my account, blocked a payment and locked me out of internet banking (web and app) - insisted I call you and then passed me along to 4 depts - put me on hold for 40 mins and booted me off every call. Trying to run a business here. What gives?

Hey David @CEOVirginMoney - your bank has frozen my business account, locked me out of internet and mobile banking, stopped payments out of my account, crippled my business, passed me around 5 depts and put me on hold for over an hour with no info.

Just FYI @hotelscomhelp, it was your reward programme that kept me booking my hotels through you - and your new one will see me stop doing that. A reward programme 'upgrade' that cuts benefits by 80% is a great way to lose customers.

@Cashplus This is so lame! Nothing about your own carbon strategy and one small blog with some generic (and limp) advice on how your customers could emit a little less. I was looking for your climate/ fossil fuels policy. You don't have one. That is not what anyone wants from a new bank.
