So I guess you pay for an FSA plan and @Optum decides to make it a hassle requiring "extra documentation" stating what the card was used for when it clearly states it was a DOCTOR or MEDICAL facility. Pay for something we cant use. Great👎👎

I pay nearly $600 a month for insurance, btw. Been trying to get a prescription refill since April 21st. Even called the provider twice. Our healthcare system is the best, right? @Optum , you suck.

I swear @Optum is the absolute WORST benefits administrator. I’ve never had a harder time with HSA & depend care FSA Accounts. Why is everything so difficult and manual? You can’t do in-kind transfer of assets. You don’t do online rollovers. You don’t do online account closures. You don’t have clear submission processes for reimbursements. Leaving this headache of a platform is going to add years to my life. Thank god for Fidelity. 😡

@Optum @OptumRx I called about figuring out what happened with prior authorization my doctor faxed to 1-800-218-3221 that was approved and confirmed after speaking to someone at 1-800-850-9122. Now you guys act like my doctor hasn't done anything. I need med by tomorrow.

@Optum Just got off the phone with my "specialty team" who was rude and dismissive. They then threatened me with taking away my copay that I need from the manufacturer. Unbelievable incompetence and lack of empathy.

Trying to transfer HSA funds between trustees is an exercise in pain. @Optum is so uniquely bad at it, that it is more like theft. I requested a transfer a month ago, and after calling their "Customer Care" line, they said it would take 3-5 days just to give me a status on it.
