Message to Jim Chalmers: Stealing from people's home-ownership profit, investment portfolios, superannuation, and income tax does not 'solve intergenerational wealth gaps'. It means parents have nothing left to give their kids - because the government took it all. It means young people have no reason to buy a house or invest in shares - because they know the government will take it all. And it means the retirement plan forced upon them by the unions will be gone before they die - because the government wants to take it all. Labor is CREATING INTER-GENERATIONAL POVERTY.

#BREAKING Speculation has erupted that a death tax of up to 27 per cent will be included in the budget by Jim Chalmers. Which means the money that you worked hard for, has already been taxed and sitting in your bank account will be taxed again in the event of your death. And not just a small tax. A 27 per cent tax on the inheritance you pass onto your children. This week, Yahoo Finance! confirmed claims that there’s a 27 per cent death tax on the agenda. This comes on top of Albanese considering a “spare bedroom” tax. Where he will tax you for every spare bedroom you have, in order to sure up housing for the record 3,500 people a day he is currently importing into this country.

In her twenties she'd posed for erotic magazines, including a cover shot in a captain's coat with the headline "Why does the Crimean sun awaken sexy feelings?" She was also reportedly the best diver in the group. Her cover story if they got stopped by police: they were filming an underwater porn shoot. You just can’t make that up 😂 Source: Bild

Vean claramente cómo defienden a terroristas.

The following Human Rights Breaches were publicly and nationally committed against Ben Roberts-Smith V.C. M.G. during his 'perverted criminal public arrest' at Sydney Airport. CV Under international law, the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR) is the primary treaty governing human rights during arrest and detention. Breaches typically occur when law enforcement fails to adhere to the strict procedural and substantive protections outlined in Article 9 and Article 10 1. Right to the Presumption of Innocence Article 14(2) The Article: "Everyone charged with a criminal offence shall have the right to be presumed innocent until proved guilty according to law." Relevance: Supporters, including former Prime Minister John Howard, have emphasised that Roberts-Smith is entitled to this presumption. Critics argue that a high-profile, public arrest in front of media and bystanders—particularly following a widely publicised civil defamation loss—risks creating a "trial by media" that prejudices the jury pool and undermines this right. 2. Protection Against Arbitrary Arrest Article 9(1) The Article: "Everyone has the right to liberty and security of person. No one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest or detention." Relevance: Legal observers have questioned the necessity and proportionality of the airport tarmac arrest. If the Australian Federal Police (AFP) had less intrusive options (such as allowing a self-surrender, which Roberts-Smith reportedly offered), the choice of a public "spectacle" could be argued as an arbitrary use of power intended for public impact rather than strictly for law enforcement. 3. Right to Privacy, Honour, and Reputation Article 17 The Article: "No one shall be subjected to arbitrary or unlawful interference with his privacy... nor to unlawful attacks on his honour and reputation." Relevance: This article is often cited in cases of "perp walks." If police coordinated with media outlets (allegations have surfaced that Nine Entertainment news files were created 12 hours prior to the arrest), the operation could be viewed as an unlawful attack on his remaining reputation and a breach of personal privacy. 4. Right to Humane Treatment and Dignity Article 10(1) The Article: "All persons deprived of their liberty shall be treated with humanity and with respect for the inherent dignity of the human person." Relevance: Commentators have argued that the use of handcuffs on a decorated veteran in a public airport setting, in view of families and children, was a performative act that failed to respect the dignity of the individual, especially given the non-violent nature of the surrender opportunity. See 5. Right to a Fair Trial (Publicity and Bias) Article 14(1) The Article: "...everyone shall be entitled to a fair and public hearing by a competent, independent and impartial tribunal established by law." Relevance: The core concern is whether the media saturated environment surrounding the arrest makes it impossible to find an impartial jury. In Australia, the Rule of Law Education Centre notes that media involvement can create negative bias, impacting the fairness of criminal proceedings. We intend to petition (ICCPR) as an individual citizen of Australia, if this perverse and criminal political trial continues. We demand an immediate transparent and independent Investigation into the Human Rights Breaches committed against Ben Roberts-Smith V.C. M.G. during his arrest. If you want to discuss law, that is fine, bring your best but just make sure you know what you're talking about before you come to us with moral, psychological or expert legal opinions! We know our shit here, we have to! We are the few, that fight for the many! What is happening to him right now, along with others, is a war crime in itself. This war has been over for twenty years. Everyone is a victim of war. This country has paid the price for fighting terrorist spotters already. It was a heavy price to pay for everyone.

Channel 9 needs to be held accountable for their misleading 60 Minutes coverage about Ben Roberts-Smith VC MG (RS). The coverage framed RS not as an accused individual entitled to a fair trial, but as a “fallen hero” whose legacy is already destroyed. It relied heavily on anonymous sources, untested claims from prior proceedings, and emotional appeals. The episode repeatedly intercut genuine bodycam or operational footage with actor recreations and dramatised sequences without clear, on-screen disclaimers, visual cues (such as “reconstruction” watermarks, desaturation, or verbal labelling), or contextual warnings at the points of transition. This created a seamless illusion that the reenacted scenes, complete with slow-motion violence, ominous music, and selective camera angles, were authentic evidence of wrongdoing. As someone who handled real bodycam footage in Tarin Kowt, I know the difference. Authentic bodycam captures the raw chaos of combat: poor lighting, sudden movement, overlapping radio traffic, and the extreme stress of split-second decisions. Dramatised recreations, by contrast, are polished, choreographed, and emotionally manipulative. By mixing the two without proper labelling, 60 Minutes implanted false “visual proof” in viewers’ minds. This practice breaches the Commercial Television Industry Code of Practice (Clause 3 – Accuracy) and constitutes materially misleading presentation, consistent with ACMA precedents on deceptive use of footage. x.com/craigkellyAFEE…

ASIO Amendment Bill No. 2 has officially passed Parliament — 106 Ayes to 8 Noes. This is no longer “temporary anti-terror legislation.” It is now permanent law giving ASIO police-state style powers over every day Australian citizens. What the bill actually does: Removes the sunset clause — these powers are now permanent Allows compulsory questioning of children as young as 14 Lets the Attorney-General personally issue questioning warrants — no court approval required Makes it a criminal offence to tell anyone (including your family) that you’ve been questioned Gives ASIO the power to reject your chosen lawyer and severely restricts what your lawyer can do or say during questioning Strips away your right to silence — you must answer their questions or face jail This is not about catching terrorists anymore. This is about giving an intelligence agency the power to secretly drag any Australian in for interrogation without suspecting you of any crime. 106 politicians just voted to hand ASIO these powers. Only 8 had the courage to vote No. Your right to remain silent? Your right to proper legal defense? Your right to know when the state is targeting you? Gone. Eroded. Normalised. This is how freedoms die — not with a bang, but with a quiet division in Parliament House. Share this widely. Australians need to know what just happened behind closed doors. #ASIOBill #PoliceStateAustralia #FreedomUnderAttack #australiawakeup

🚨 MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE… This is Judge Tracey Lloyd-Clarke, Recorder of Cardiff. She’s just sentenced a British army veteran Daffron Williams, 41 to two years in prison (with half to be served inside) over Facebook posts made after the Southport child murders. This is a man who served in Iraq and Afghanistan. A man dealing with PTSD. The judge even acknowledged his service, his character references, and his mental health… and still sent him to jail for words posted online. One of those posts said “civil war is here” and included anti-Islamic imagery. At the same time, she’s been locking others up too like 24-year-old David Morgan, who got 20 months for offensive tweets. But here’s where it gets hard to ignore… A man called Rees Newman convicted of the historic rape of a girl under 14 stood in front of the same judge for breaching his sex offender conditions… And she suspended his prison sentence. Why? Because prisons are too full. So let’s get this straight. A veteran with PTSD goes to prison over Facebook posts. A convicted child rapist walks free due to overcrowding. How is that justice? 🤔

It appears @Microsoft is actively suspending developer accounts with no warning or reason of various security tools like VeraCrypt, WireGuard and also Windscribe. We've had this VERIFIED account for 8+ years to sign our drivers. We've been trying to resolve this for over a month, and getting nowhere. Support is non-existent. Microsoft suspended the developer account for WireGuard (and also VeraCrypt). Why? Literally nobody knows. Presumably it's because Microsoft hates everyone and wants us all to suffer.

NEW: Musician Murphy Campbell says she isn’t making money on YouTube because an AI company is cloning her music and filing copyright claims against her own videos “An entity called Timeless Sounds IR uploaded AI-generated versions of my songs to all major streaming platforms... They used a distributor, which I just discovered, and that distributor’s name is Vydia. They used Vydia to upload all these AI-generated songs. Vydia has since decided to make copyright claims on all of the videos that were used to feed that AI engine to sound like me. So Vydia has come forward and made copyright claims on my YouTube page. Because YouTube does not personally review these things, I am no longer making money on YouTube. Vydia is making money on YouTube off of my own videos of me playing my own banjo in my own backyard with traditional folk songs, some for my own family, over AI-generated music.”
