@thee_goated_one @allenf32 This is one perspective.
I could also point you in the direction of surviving family members. It might matter to them.

@oreillyhg @allenf32 Things that dead people once did don’t matter, what people are doing now matters

I deleted an inappropriate tweet from yesterday that I basically didn't think through before posting.
I won't repeat the context but I reacted to a post implying (yet again) the UK government is hiding evidence of horrific crimes so as not to upset people by alerting them that these crimes exist at all.
what I suggested has equally horrific implications that, blinded by anger, I didn't intend and for which I apologize.

@MartyBent @DavidSacks An easy tell when spotting a sociopath - human lives always secondary to economic concerns.
English

Very happy to see @DavidSacks taking this position.

🚨 David Sacks Says the Risks of Continued Escalation in Iran Could Be ‘Catastrophic’ “Israel is getting hit harder than they've ever been hit before in their history, and we're only two weeks into this … If this war continues for weeks or months, then Israel could just be destroyed or very large parts of it … Then you have to worry about Israel escalating the war by contemplating using a nuclear weapon, which would truly be catastrophic.”

@NewstalkFM @Holocaust_Irl Of course this should read ‘The genocide in Gaza is unleashing…’
The Israeli state is the cause of the rise in anti semitism.
Jewish people are not represented by this state.
English

The October 7th massacre in Israel has unleashed “all sorts of dark forces” against Irish Jews, a prominent member of the community has warned.

@lydiakauppi Let’s not forget that it was Biden and the Dems who helped start the genocide in Gaza. So it doesn’t matter that much who they voted for.

Everyone is watching Bitcoin’s price. Almost no one is watching what it’s actually doing.
In East Africa, Kibera, one of Nairobi’s largest settlements residents are using bitcoin for everyday commerce.
Not speculation. Not ideology. Payments. A way to move money without giving a middleman a cut.
Kenya’s policymakers moved toward crypto regulation because adoption was already happening on the ground.
Wall Street doesn’t model this.
Bitcoin’s bull case is not just “number go up.” It is that a permissionless monetary network solves problems legacy finance has never solved and never had the incentive to.
Expensive remittances. Fragile savings. Systems that charge the poorest people the most.
Meanwhile Bitcoin is near $69.2K. Spot ETFs took in more than $760M on February 25–26, before a small $27.5M outflow on February 27.
Institutional demand is reaccelerating. Liquid supply remains tight.
But here is what most capital still gets wrong:
Bitcoin’s utility spreads first.
Wall Street prices it later.
That is the trade most people will understand five years too late.

Jerry Seinfeld's grand unified life theory: Lift weights and do TM. That's pretty much it.
and @tferriss builds right on it:
1. Figure out how to talk to people (read Nonviolent Communication by Marshall B. Rosenberg)
2. Don't invest in things you don't understand (more about this in the video 👇)
3. Do some Zone 2 training for 30-60 minutes for few times a week)
4. Don't eat processed crap (@michaelpollan rules)

@greeneraliauk @NiallStanage Never forget that ‘titles’ are just something that people made up so they can separate themselves from regular people.
None of it actually means anything.
English

@NiallStanage Mandelson is a member of the 'House of Lords, which makes him a Lord.
So he is either Lord Mandelson (see Debretts) or 'Mandelson' or 'Peter', but he would not normally be called 'Peter Mandelson' at this point.

@BitPaine @BorderTroop3r *everyone that disagrees with me is stupid*
Great argument chief
English

@BorderTroop3r “low iq people may have difficulty comprehending”
cool of you to prove my point
English

my overall take on the pretti killing is that it was not morally justified, but it is legally defensible.
more specifically: the officer’s life was not in imminent danger, but there was sufficient cause for him to believe that it was.
low iq people may have difficulty comprehending this, but it’s really quite straightforward. we grant people who voluntarily put their lives on the line every day necessarily wide latitude to eliminate threats to their own livelihoods.
it cannot be any other way. the social contract necessitates that there are protocols for dealing with cops:
you don’t put your hands on them.
you don’t resist.
you openly disclose any weapons.
you fall, display your hands, and don’t move.
fucking play dead, like you’re dealing with a fucking grizzly bear.
don’t like the way you’re being treated by a cop? think it violates your rights? you may be right, and you can fight it in court later.
but you have to be alive to fight it in court.
tldr: don’t be a fucking retard and you won’t be killed by a cop.

@thetrocro For reference - what did you say on here re Gaza Troy?
There is a difference between regime change that needs to happen and the US dictating and taking over.

@DSBatten @SenWarren But did CZ finance Trumps scam coin - would this not be a conflict of interest?
English

@SenWarren Respectfully, the only corruption here is the corruption of the truth in your words. CZ did not please guilty to money laundering. Also, he's the only first-time offender in U.S. history to serve prison time for a single, non-fraud BSA charge
This pardon addresses an injustice
English

@john_mcguirk The word *tangential* doing a lot of heavy lifting here.
