Today's @woolworths pisstake. Made the mistake of having to grab a quick sandwich on the go. $9 for arguably 20g of chicken. Another reminder to exclusively shop at Harris Farm, and leverage ALDI for cleaning products.

Arguably one of the most walkable streets in SE Asia is in Ubud, where you can find Old Friends Coffee which is one of the best coffee shops in the world. It's owned and run by a married couple who also own their own coffee farm near the volcano (Kintamani). The wife bakes a salty banana bread that I reserve in advance and they only make limited pastries on the day. Their matcha latte is always imported from their Uji suppliers and made with extreme dedication by the husband, who is also a master coffee maker. They also sell books and cute items from local artisans.

launched Redbark a little over a week ago now and have hit $180/mrr. more validating than that were the number of annual subs that have come through. extremely excited about it and keen to build more. theres a few things I would do differently next time.. profile.stripe.com/redbark/4L2gVj…

the final and most pleasantly surprising thing has been how friendly and polite my customers have been. people have submitted requests / ideas and there's been so many valuable ideas in those conversations. extremely grateful!

i've also received a significant amount of traffic from chatgpt/claude, which I was not expecting. it seems they're far more active at scraping sites than traditional indexers like google are
