Dear Constituents, I have taken note of the conversations and differing opinions surrounding my sponsorship of constituents for international training opportunities, particularly the China Training. While public discourse is a healthy part of democracy, I believe it is important to remind everyone that these opportunities were created with the genuine intention of empowering constituents, expanding their global exposure, and equipping them with practical knowledge that can contribute to personal growth and community development. Selection for previous batches was conducted based on applications received and internal considerations at the time. However, I understand the growing interest from many constituents who also desire to benefit from similar programmes in the future. To ensure a more organized and inclusive process going forward, I am directing all interested indigent constituents of Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II who possess valid international passports to register their details at my constituency office. This registration exercise will help create a database of eligible constituents for consideration in upcoming training and exchange opportunities in China, Taiwan, and South Africa. My commitment has always been to open doors of opportunity for our people, and I remain focused on delivering initiatives that create lasting impact for Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II.
