Ayon sa AMLC report, ang mga suspected activities o kahina-hinalang paglabas-masok ng pera sa bangko nila ay maaari umanong maiugnay sa drug trafficking and related offenses, graft and corrupt practices, at malversation of public funds, o mga posibleng predicate crimes. Binibigyan si VP Sara ng pagkakataon na sagutin at maglatag ng depensa na hindi yan galing sa drugs o sa nakaw, o na wala talagang nangyayaring hokus-pokus o malversation of funds sa paglabas-masok ng pera sa kanilang bank accounts. Hindi katanggap-tanggap sa taumbayan na walang sagot sa ganito kalaking alegasyon ng korupsyon.
