@zoeharcombe The problem is the use of statistics to prove nonsense hipótesis. The matter of fact is that anyone has the possibility to prove the inconsistency of that garbage. I ate 2 or more eggs + plenty of animal fat and my BP is normal in all measures since I reverse T2D 4 years ago.

OH FFS!
The trouble is people who believe this complete garbage believe the rest of the stuff they read.

@DiscoStew66 I do not see only read meats, I see a lot of carbs and ultra-processed ones. Everybody knows the consequences of eating those foods. Do not blame the meats for what ultra-proceeded food does.

@DietHeartNews I would say ignorance of nutritionists and doctors attached to a failed doctrine.

@TrevorTrtn @AdapNation @FatEmperor You must take into consideration that most of the people lives in cities. In Stockholm is 4638 per sq km and in London is 5327 per sq km. The urbanization in Sweden is 87,3% and in UK is 83,4%.
English

@AdapNation @FatEmperor I like your analysis and comparisons. Sweden has a population density of 25 people per square kilometer, the UK about 260. How do you think these different densities affect the transmission of the SARS-CoV-2 virus?

@ChristianAssad To eat or NOT to eat breakfast must depend on each person and not the food industry but if breakfast was so important the humankind had been death for ages ago since our ancestors didn’t eat breakfast or eat many meals per day. That is a good proof I think!
English

I am an open individual but apparently I am "DEAD wrong" for considering Breakfast is not the most important meal of the day? 🧐
Does anyone have good articles, research, science that proves BREAKFAST is the most important meal of the day. I would gladly read them.
☣️ Pleb Kruse = BTC foundationalist in exile 🟩🔆@DrJackKruse
The science of circadian biology and chronobiology assert that you are DEAD wrong that breakfast is not important. read more out of your food biased focus.

@DrSharkeyDC I don´t agree with the article since in my own experience reducing carbs was the way to revert my T2D since 3 years back. I agree with you about the ignorant statements in the article.

From Discover on Google usatoday.com/story/news/hea… this is the “science”??
Some very ignorant statements in here. #1. Keto is like starvation.

@BenBikmanPhD I have a FB group “la diabetes tipo 2 es reversible” and we r helping thousands of people to reverse T2D with a keto-lifestyle. Most of the people stopped to use insulin and to underweight people we suggest a C peptide analysis to see insulin production.
English

This study of #type2diabetes makes a profound and relevant conclusion: the majority of people with T2DM have normal or nearly normal beta-cell mass. It begs the question: why treat with insulin if they're already making it?

@CaloriesProper In several years NOT skipping any meals and eating high carb and low fat meals increased my risk to get T2D and I got it. Skipping breakfast and eating LCHF diet helped me to revert my T2D and loose weight. This is the only result that counts for me.
English

@Simpleasfat @MailOnline Skipping breakfast is NOT the same as postponing it BUT even then if you start your first meal with a load of carbs then the risk of developing Insulin Resistance will we great. High blood sugar is only a symptom. An statistical study of nonsense.
