I’m hoping @HiltonHotels or @DoubleTree can confirm if this is now at all sites so I know to avoid them.

First time I’ve been asked at any restaurant let alone just a @HiltonHotels to complete a form to state I have a shellfish intolerance yet “consent to consuming food containing shellfish” before being able to eat @DoubleTree
