I have reliably been informed that Rwaboogo went to the President with a number of my tweets about him and asked him to restrain me from speaking about him or Condemn me publicly by referring to me as a CROOK so that I can maybe lose credibility in the society and in my Constituency. What the President needs to tell Rwabwogo is to stop being corrupt and a land grabber. When Milton Obote referred to President Museveni as a bandit and swine, it actually didn’t mean he was and it never stopped him from chasing his mission. What can actually stop me from talking about the thieves like him is DEATH nothing else. Kabanda whom he wants to refer to as a CROOK actually got for NRM 71% in Mubende with zero budget from NRM. Rwabwogo instead defrauded NRM supporters in the Districts of Kiruhura and Kazo. Now between Kabanda and Rwabwogo who is a CROOK?

This evening while at the Uganda Media Centre, in my capacity as the Chairperson of the National Organising Committee, I briefed the public on the burial arrangements of the fallen member of Parliament for Adjumani West Constituency and former 2nd Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uganda, Gen. (Rtd) Hon. Moses Ali. On Saturday, 18th July 2026, at 16:00hrs, the country and the government of Uganda learnt with profound sorrow the shocking news of the passing of Gen. (Rtd). Moses Ali, which occurred at Nakasero Hospital, Kampala. Immediately thereafter, H.E. the President, as head of State and Commander in Chief officially notified the entire Country about the passing of an iconic figure in politics, government, military, and Islamic religious life and a respected community leader in the West Nile region. Consequently, on Sunday, 19th July 2026, the family, acting in line with the Muslim faith's religious practices, organized special prayers at Naguru Mosque, Islamic University in Uganda at Kibuli Campus, Kibuli Mosque, and Old Kampala Mosque.  The Government of Uganda sincerely commiserates with H.E. the President, the bereaved family, the NRM leadership, the people of the West Nile, Madi sub-region, and all Ugandans upon the loss of a renowned leader and dedicated citizen. He will be deeply missed not only by those who knew him, worked with him, and were led by him, but also by generations of Ugandans who drew inspiration from his exemplary leadership and political career. Accordingly, H.E. President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, in accordance with Article 99 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uganda (1995) as amended, which vests executive authority in the President, directed that the LATE GEN. (RTD) MOSES ALI be accorded an official burial.  In preparatory arrangements for the official burial, the government of Uganda has constituted a hybrid national organising committee chaired by me as the minister for the presidency, the N.O.C, which convened yesterday, 19th July 2026, at 3:00 pm, drew membership from the Office of the President, the Parliament of Uganda, the UPDF, the Uganda Police Force, and representation from the family. During the meeting, the N.O.C. agreed on the following tentative programme: Today July 20 2026, at 10:00 am, Cabinet sat at State House Entebbe to pay tribute to the late Gen. (Rtd.) Moses Ali. At 05:00pm, vigil/private prayers are held at the home residence in Naguru. Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at 9:30 am: Arrival of H.E. the President of the Republic of Uganda at Parliament to pay tribute and officiate as the Chief Mourner. At 10:00 am, a parliamentary tribute to the late Gen. (Rtd) Moses Ali, At 2:00 pm, his body shall be airlifted to Abiri Chako Village, Adjumani District, and at 5:00 pm, an official vigil at Abiri Chako Village, Adjumani District. Wednesday, July 22, 2026, at 10:00 am, District Council Sitting of West Nile Region at Paridi Stadium, Adjumani. At 12:00 pm prayers leading to the burial ceremony and H.E. the Vice President, Maj. Rtd. Jessica Alupo will represent the government.  May his soul rest in eternal peace!

Gen Kainerugaba, South Korea Defence Attaché Discuss Military Cooperation The Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) this afternoon met Colonel Kim Seha, Defence Attaché of the Republic of Korea to Uganda, alongside his secretary Ms Choi Yun-Mi, at SFC Headquarters. In his remarks, the CDF welcomed Colonel Kim and reflected on the many years of Uganda-South Korea friendship. He commended the Korean Armed Forces for their professionalism and advanced technology, noting that the partnership has moved beyond diplomatic courtesy into practical, everyday teamwork. The CDF also reiterated Uganda's strong consideration of opening a permanent mission in Seoul to deepen bilateral ties and drive defence modernisation. A key highlight of the discussions was the expansion of cooperation into healthcare and medical training. South Korea is globally recognised for its cutting-edge medical technology, world-class hospital systems, advanced surgical techniques, and leadership in biomedical research and emergency battlefield medicine. Recognising this expertise, the CDF welcomed deeper collaboration in the medical field as a natural extension of the bilateral partnership. Colonel Kim Seha thanked the CDF for the warm reception and productive discussions. He specifically committed to coordinating the training of UPDF officers in medical-related courses, leveraging Korea's advanced medical expertise to enhance the healthcare capabilities of Uganda's armed forces. He also welcomed Uganda's plans to open a permanent mission in Seoul, stating that it would significantly deepen the already strong bilateral relations between the two nations. The meeting concluded with both sides reaffirming their commitment to expanding the partnership not only in defence and technology, but also in areas that directly impact the welfare of service personnel and national development. The meeting was also attended by the UPDF Chief of Joint Staff, Lt Gen Jack Bakasumba. Source: Kampala Post

CONGRATULATIONS SPAIN: The victory of Spain over Argentina in FIFA WORLD CUP proved there is a far greater force that works in the Universe than what we humans have. It is this that triumphed over the corrupt financial influences and the filthy cartels we saw at work. SPAIN SAVED THE WORLD!

@adoniaayebare It was a very organize world cup though the time zone was strange to other continents and the geopolitics disorganized it also. We felt bad when the best referee from somalia wasn't allowed entry in USA to officiate the game.
