Tonight, we have proof Fairfax County police warned Descano’s office over and over that illegal immigrant Abdul Jalloh would hurt or even kill someone if he was released. These emails obtained by WJLA clearly lay out the police department’s concern that this repeat violent offender would hurt someone else if he were not kept in custody.    But again and again, Descano’s office dropped charges and allowed Jalloh back into the community.   The first email was sent in May, then another in August and finally in November – just three months before the murder of Stephanie Minter last week.
