@tonymission Semiglutide was probs the best for me for suppression. Almost too much. The switch from that to Reta was insane in terms of hunger and appetite. Might stack those to see. I’ll report my research. ✍🏼

People coming from Tirz to Reta need to understand that the appetite suppression is not nearly as strong on Reta. It's estimated to be 20% that of Tirz. The deficit largely comes from increased BMR so in theory you're even eating the same amount but burning an extra 500-700kcal per day. If you expect Reta to be like Tirz + one Glucagon receptor you're going to be severely disappointed. It takes a real mindset switch for Tirz users to stop chasing this zero-appetite feeling and understand that fueling the metabolism with good food is part of sustained weight loss and muscle retention. Hunger isn't a problem in need of a solution, it's a solution to your problem.
