PETER OBI DO NOT HAVE ANY REPUTATION TO PROTECT: Here is why; As a lawyer, I find the defamation suit reportedly instituted by @PeterObi against @realkenokonkwo rather curious and difficult to appreciate from a strategic standpoint. The essence of a defamation action is the protection of a reputation that has been unjustly damaged. However, where a public figure has been subjected to prolonged public criticism, political scrutiny, and widespread debate over their actions and statements, the practical challenge becomes demonstrating that the alleged defamatory statements have caused a fresh and measurable injury to an already contested public image. Does Peter Obi even have any reputation to protect? I doubt he has any reputation to be defamed. Reputation is not what a person value himself but what others value him. Peter Obi is banking enforcing a reputation that is long dead, therefore an action like this is laughable. In a democracy, political figures inevitably expose themselves to intense criticism, and the law of defamation must be carefully balanced against the constitutional right to freedom of expression. The courts are not intended to become venues for settling every political disagreement or silencing harsh opinions. Nevertheless, whether the action succeeds or fails ultimately depends on the specific words complained of, whether they are statements of fact or opinion, their truth or falsity, whether they were published to third parties, and whether they have lowered the claimant in the estimation of right-thinking members of society. Let me emphasize it here again, right-thinking members of the society does not include members of the OBIDIENTS movement. E. O. Ogar, Esq.

Under the #RenewedHope administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR, policy has stopped being merely what we announce; policies are being actively implemented. From economic reforms to other critical interventions, the administration has demonstrated a clear commitment to translating vision into measurable outcomes that positively impact the lives of Nigerians. In my keynote address at the Renewed Hope Ambassadors' National Mobilization Retreat, I highlighted the positive impacts of the #RenewedHope initiatives, which continue to strengthen the nation's economy both in the short term and on a sustainable long-term basis. These reforms are laying the foundation for growth, stability, investment, and national prosperity. The retreat, themed "Building a Unified National Mobilization Architecture," seek to foster a mindset of success, growth, and collective national advancement. In line with this objective, I implored the Ambassadors of Renewed Hope to mobilize, unify, and deliver as we take the message of progress to the grassroots, where hope is renewed and public confidence is transformed into a mandate. We do not hope to win; we are organizing to win. By doing so, we are ensuring that Mr. President's achievements speak louder, reaching every community and inspiring greater participation in the ongoing journey of national renewal. - Hope Uzodimma

Peter Obi: I Asked Him On The Table To Tell Me How We Will Win In 2027, But He Failed—Ikenna Azomchine Ikenna Azomchine, a former strategist within the Obidient political structure, has revealed the core tactical reasons behind his decision to reassess his partisan loyalties ahead of the next electoral cycle. The mobilizer explained that long-term political plans require concrete roadmap discussions that the leadership failed to provide during critical planning meetings. According to a video posted on the Official YouTube channel of Trust TV on Thursday, June 11, 2026, while explaining his frustration over the lack of a clear strategic roadmap ahead of the next general election, he stated, “I wanted him on the table to tell me how we will win in 2027, but he was never able to do that.” The political organizer noted that movements cannot survive on sheer sentiment alone without a practical path toward capturing executive power. He expressed that his insistence on detailed electoral planning was meant to protect the efforts of millions of followers who expect actual governance results rather than another round of avoidable losses. Azomchine defended his current independent stance, explaining that political realism must take precedence over blind emotional attachment to any single candidate. He maintained that engaging with alternative political options becomes necessary when existing leadership structures cannot provide clear answers on how they intend to achieve victory and implement their public policies. In his concluding remarks, Azomchine stressed that his ultimate goal remains finding a viable political platform that can deliver tangible economic progress for the country. He urged opposition elements to move past rhetoric and focus on creating realistic, measurable strategies if they truly want to remain relevant in the evolving national landscape. Credit: PH News.

I pity this Very dark man. Yes, Nigerians have a constitutional right to peaceful protest, but that right does not extend to storming military bases or other restricted security installations. Military facilities are protected under Nigerian law, and unauthorized entry can attract serious criminal charges, including trespass, incitement, and other offences. Protests are lawful, invading military infrastructure is not.

Why have a $50billion foreign reserve when people are hungry..... That would be the question flying in the clueless Wailers head.... when CBN announced that the reserve has hit 17 years high..... The last time being during the reign of Yar Adua.. Jonathan couldn't achieve it.... Buhari couldn't achieve it... The poor man looks at his pocket.... The rich man look out for investment... Wailers don't only have empty pockets... They have empty he*ds.... In 2022.... The reserve was gone.... you must be a big man close to Emefiele to get dollar.... indutrialist, foreign students, online traders, Airlines, importers all went through hell in their quest to get dollar.. The world rate the strength of a nation economy through it's external reserve... When we hail the Nigeria Tinubu is building the reserve is one of our guide When dollar dried up in 2023.... Emefiele and co kept lying that they had $30billion in reserve....even when Airlines and other claimed they were owed $7billion... it was JP Morgan that pulled the rug off Emefiele feet.... when it analysed CBN audited report and highlight that Nigeria net external reserve was just $3.7billion left to defend the Naira.... Every other cash in the reserve was encumbered... Before 2023.... the black market was Nigeria official FX market....even when the gap between the black market and CBN rate was 100% apart.... Almost every dollar in Nigeria ends at the black market... Nigeria media and Native Wailers derive joy quoting the black market rate as official rate.... Tinubu has since clean up the market.... with all the FX Cabals running the markets now back to the farm .... For the past 2 years....the Naira is not only stable and appreciating....there is no difference between black and official FX rate.... The $3.7billion net reserve Tinubu met would have been able to fund import for less than one month....with Nigeria trade balance roving around the deficits region... It was merely a matter of time before essential goods like drugs become scarce due to scarcity of dollar for import... That is why it's hilarious seeing some grown up men accusing Tinubu of rushing his reforms when we were all already about to cross the red line into chaos God is a Nigerian and Tinubu is God's project.... it's evident in the convulsions all his enemies suffer when they gather... Emefiele ban importation of almost 50 goods to conserve foreign reserve yet it was still empty.... Tinubu lift the bans yet the reserve keeps rising like Ijebu garri... Those who said the lifting of import ban will kill the Naira and reserve are now in shame .... When Investors see the rising reserve... their confidence in investing in Nigeria soar as we see in the stock market biggest bullish run in History.... Lenders now offer Nigerians loans at the lowest interest ever .... IMF was crying today that they can give Nigeria very cheap loans instead of borrowing from Arabia nations... Almost every developed countries on Earth were built with borrowed money... Only Obi and his wailers can fix Nigeria multi trillion dollar infrastructural gap with annual capital revenue of less than $10billion.... They are poor in thinking and pocket.... Nigeria rising reserve will slow inflation growth rate... It gives every Nigerian window to trade abroad, pay online.... My banks have been advertising dollars to me... first time since early 2000s These rising reserves make payments of borrowed loans easier only obi and wailers are ignorant of these... Nigeria is rising..... We would never ever follow wailers and obi to Egypt..... At the end of Tinubu 8 years.... our kids and grand kids would grow up to read our social media posts and found how we supported these economic revolution... Obi, Atiku and other wailers would be put in a hall of shame on how they desperately tried to truncate the rise of the greatest black nation on Earth....

Let me make it clear that as a citizen and a Lawyer, I have a duty to disclose every crime against the state that comes within my knowledge. The South-East people have suffered enough. No human being can again take them or any citizen of Nigeria for granted or perpetrate any fraud against them without challenge. Obunike is just one out of many others who have been scammed by NDC and its leaders. The appropriate security agencies and anti-corruption agencies should immediately commence the investigation of this fraud by NDC and its leaders with a view to refunding the aspirants who were defrauded. According to Obunike Ohaegbu, Peter Obi is at the head of this fraud, according to NDC, and he must be investigated. Senator Seriake Dickson made it clear that the decision of NDC is that aspirants should pay for only expression of interest form and no more. He said that the only person who is allowed to pay for the nomination form is the winner of the primary election. Any other payment to the party is a product of corruption. May I ask, Is Obunike Ohaegbu and the other aspirants for the Nnewi House of Representatives primary election winners of the primary election? If not, then Peter Obi and the NDC must refund him and all other NDC aspirants their stolen money. This is the main reason I went public with this information. The NDC aspirants must be refunded back their money.

Here is the complete letter from Obunike Ohaegbu: My brother, The entire NDC project, at least from my personal experience, has left me feeling deceived and profoundly disappointed. When I joined the party, I visited the National Secretariat and met with the National Secretary. During our discussions, I was informed that the policy of the party was that once I purchased the nomination forms and paid the sum of N10 million, the ticket for my Federal Constituency would effectively be secured. Acting on that representation, I paid the N10 million and clearly stated in the payment narration that it was for the Nnewi North/Nnewi South/Ekwusigo Federal Constituency ticket. At the time, the party was consistently promoting consensus arrangements and assuring aspirants that primaries would largely be unnecessary. Based on those assurances, I understood that the payment was connected to securing the ticket through that process. To my shock, the party subsequently began demanding N10 million from House of Representatives aspirants and N20 million from Senate aspirants, separate from the cost of nomination forms. Thereafter, aspirants were directed to proceed to primaries wherever consensus allegedly failed. While other states, particularly Kano and several states in the North, appeared to be engaged in negotiations and consultations aimed at achieving consensus, neither I nor, to the best of my knowledge, any aspirant from Anambra State was invited to any meeting for the purpose of negotiating or agreeing a consensus arrangement. Consequently, I mobilised my supporters and participated fully in the primary election process in the belief that the outcome would determine the party's candidates. This naturally raises a fundamental question. If no consensus meeting was held with the aspirants in Anambra State, and no agreement was reached amongst those seeking nomination, my brother Ken, how did your friend arrive at the list of candidates that he allegedly produced at Johnwood Hotel in Abuja? Consensus, by its very nature, requires consultation, negotiation and agreement amongst stakeholders. Where there is no consultation, no negotiation and no agreement, there can be no consensus. If aspirants were directed to participate in primaries while candidate lists were allegedly being prepared elsewhere, then serious questions arise about the integrity of the entire process. If that is not fraud, then the word fraud must have another meaning. While many of us were on the ground participating in the primaries, allegations emerged that lists of candidates had already been prepared at Johnwood Hotel in Abuja. The situation became even more troubling when the party, in its press statement of 5 June 2026 signed by the National Secretary, distanced itself from the controversial list while simultaneously acknowledging circumstances that effectively rendered the outcome of our primaries meaningless. The list reportedly included individuals who did not emerge from the primary process. Indeed, even Senator Victor Umeh, who reportedly lost his contest, appeared on the list. Yet, as of today, 7 June 2026, the party has still not published the official results of the primaries. Perhaps the most disturbing aspect of the entire process is the party's claim that the appeal process has already been concluded and recommendations made, even though the official results of the primaries have not been released to aspirants or the public. As a lawyer, I find it difficult to understand how an appeal process can validly take place when there are no officially published results against which an aggrieved aspirant can formulate grounds of appeal. An appeal presupposes the existence of a decision that has been communicated to affected parties and which can then be challenged through an established procedure ...

My attention has been drawn to the interview granted to Channels TV and NJENJE MEDIA TV by Obunike Ohaegbu, the NDC House of Representatives aspirant for Nnewi North and South/Ekwusigo Federal Constituency to the effect that he did not tell me directly that Peter Obi said that he should pay N10m to NDC account for nomination fee. I have been laughing since then. In all honesty, I cannot even say everything this man told me about Peter Obi just to preserve the remaining of Peter Obi’s tattered reputation. Indeed, I asked him a question when we were discussing orally, “are you telling me that Peter Obi is the head of this criminal gang that defrauded you people?” He answered “Peter Obi is the head, stomach, and feet of the criminal gang.” As a matter of fact, he pleaded with me to save our people from the criminality of Peter Obi. I told him to put it in writing. His message was so long that he had to apologise for the length. Please tell me, if a person said that Peter Obi was writing list of aspirants in John Wood Hotel, Abuja, who didn’t win election in NDC, to become candidates for NDC, what else is criminality? He even stated clearly that Peter Obi wrote Senator Victor Umeh’s name as a candidate when he lost. He referred to Peter Obi as my friend in some of his allegations against Peter Obi. I asked him to clarify that “my friend” which he wrote was Peter Obi, and he expressly admitted that. See the WhatsApp messages where he confirmed he was talking about Peter Obi. Please see some excerpts as directly stated by Obunike Ohaegbu: “My brother, The entire NDC project, at least from my personal experience, has left me feeling deceived and profoundly disappointed ... Indeed, even Senator Victor Umeh, who reportedly lost his contest, appeared on the list. Yet, as of today, 7 June 2026, the party has still not published the official results of the primaries ... Even more disturbing is the fact that the same statement signed by the National Secretary appeared to shift responsibility for the Anambra situation to PO. I have read the statement several times and remain unable to understand how a political party can conduct primaries, refuse to publish results, claim to have completed appeals, produce a controversial list of candidates, and then seek to place responsibility elsewhere.”
