In every city I've been to outside the U.S., I see a mix of age groups. Babies to elderly. In U.S. cities, I mostly see 20 to 30 year olds and the occasional baby. This strikes me as deeply unhealthy. It's like we segregate kids and older adults to far off suburbs and design cities exclusively for a 10 year life phase.

Today, like every Election Day 🗳️, I think about all of the people younger than 18 who should be allowed to vote and are banned from voting by the arbitrary age line.

@thecovidslayer Yes, and it is only one of a couple of endemic coronaviruses and approximately 200 respiratory viruses. We should all have learned that in school. That could have prevented much unnecessary agonizing.
