Look, we have a tendency to be biased BEFORE we post something - myself included. The narrative that the US government has been propagandizing for decades that "China is bad" is deeply ingrained, and honestly a large portion of Americans don't reflect on the ills of our own society and it's why we have the orange pedo. I think there are enough videos on YT that shows how different China is from western propaganda that if you don't believe what you see, you'll never believe it. It is very sad to witness the fall of America in my lifetime, but at the same time how many could say they lived through the fall of the Roman Empire from within?

Ai Weiwei was not just a critic of China. For years, he functioned almost like a priest of Western liberal morality. That is why his disillusionment matters. When someone like that begins to say the West has no standing left to lecture China on human rights or free speech, it is not a small adjustment. It is the collapse of an old faith. And few things are more revealing than watching a former believer discover that the empire’s sacred words were never sacred at all.

@OopsGuess More and more have switched side, e.g. Taiwan馆长,钟明轩, just to name a few. All of us have been poisoned by US propaganda for too long.. The switch happens gradually, then suddenly. Don't be surprised to see a lot more of these awakenings.

"China took advantage of the historically LOW OIL PRICES to build up their strategic RESERVES. Now, they have ~1.5 BILLION barrels, and that stockpile hasn't gone down... because IRAN is selling MORE oil to CHINA, and so are RUSSIA and VENEZUELA." @CarlZha noted that Beijing prepared for this exact war, and those who claim the US won't be harmed by soaring oil prices are ignoring the fact that the US may have oil... but everything else is "MADE IN CHINA."

MacArthur literally ran away from the Philippines when the Japs attacked and murdered millions of Filipinos and Filipinos are still amboys and weebs Ph never stopped being colonized
Horori STATION ʚ🔺ɞ@hololi

I think philippine self hate is so strangely performative. You *have* to show that you’re worse off than everyone else. If you look in the QRTs, it’s people asking to be colonized. I agree that it sucks here in many ways but it just feels like preaching to the choir.

Yu Yongding: "There Is No 'Consumption-Driven' Growth Model, and China’s Infrastructure Investment Is Far From Saturated." Outstanding article by one of China's leading economists cuts right through the economic confusion and factual and theoretical non sequiturs in much of the Western media. Compulsory reading for anyone who wants to seriously understand China's economy. eastisread.com/p/yu-yongding-…

We need to cancel the H1B and other work visa scams if we want to avoid becoming another 3rd world country. We need a 95% reduction in international student visas. There is zero high skilled labor shortage in the USA.

Texans have been saying that their state is starting to look unrecognizable, so I went to North Texas to go check it out. From streets named, “Ali Akbar”, to residents stating that Texas is now “mini-India”, North Texas is seeing a major shift:

Chinese youth are now taller than Americans. They are better educated. They live longer. Half as many women die in childbirth. They have 8 of the top 10 universities and are ahead in over 80% of techs. If China's poor, American sucks at being rich.

"It will become clear that China's economic system is superior to the United States." John Ross, pointed out in an interview on Dragon TV's "Global Crossroads" that when he wrote his first article about China in 1992, many people questioned why he should study China, arguing that it was just a backward country. However, a decade later, opinions had changed. China had developed so rapidly, taking a leading position in many fields such as electric vehicles and renewable energy. In Ross's view, within ten years, people would clearly see that China's economic system is superior to that of the United States. kankanews.com/detail/kDwmvlM…

GDP doesn't mean shit. Example: you can get an MRI scan in China for about $50, same day. Food costs less, rent in most cities is less. A 5 star hotel in China (same chain) costs 1/10th as much as in America. You can get a good electric care for about 20K, etc, etc...

Chinese infrastructure photos are wild because they seem so advanced, except then you're reminded that China has a GDP per capita similar to Mexico. Impressive 30+ year gains, but what this tells us is that infrastructure is actually kinda easy to do!

The ecosystem of Chinese apps may seem frustrating to foreign travelers in China at first, but as a model of economic development, it’s genius: it strengthens sovereignty, advances industrial policy, and prevents US corporate domination.

FULL DOCUMENTARY: The Indian and Muslim Takeover of Texas Many Texans have been talking about the dramatic cultural changes happening in North Texas. From towering 72-foot-tall Hindu temples now rising in quiet neighborhoods to a proposed 400-acre Muslim city that could transform state's farmland, North Texas is changing in ways that locals never expected. Watch as @savsays investigates this rapid transformation and what it could mean for the future of America's Lone Star State. @TPUSA

It's socialism — not capitalism — that creates prosperity. Norway has one of the strongest welfare systems in the world. In Singapore, most people live in housing built by the government. In Luxembourg, social spending as a share of GDP is among the highest in the EU. Most countries that score well on this chart do so because they have socialist policies in place that increase social mobility and reduce economic precariousness.

I’m no mathematician but removing 55 million visa holders would probably free up the housing market and lower rent for Americans.
