There is a high chance it is their DHC Dash 8-200 hex 04c311 reg 5Y-SKO
Maybe hex 044311 is mistype of 04c311

@paramos_manuver @ke_aviation There are some serious rearrangements with the new plan. The international airport has been moved far from Lamu SEZ. I do not know why the Railway yard has been kept at the same position if the port is to be split. Manda airport needs to be enlarged. 10 berths go to military.

@EricKigada @ke_aviation LAPSSET Corridor project estimated it to 16 berths lost and they broke the Lamu Port Project to North and South of the base
On KDF's model of Manda Bay there were ship docked along the coast, so maybe they are planning to build a naval port along the military base
