Your body is not your enemy. It’s the only home you have... I planned to be more active here these past few days. Instead, I’m learning a hard lesson — my body finally asked me to stop. Right now, I’m barely walking and spending most of my time laying down. Not because I want to disappear, but because I can’t push anymore. For years, I neglected my body. I treated it like something separate from me — something to escape, fix, or change overnight. Bullied as a child, I learned early to hate my appearance, my size, my presence. And despite all the “love yourself” trends, I never truly learned how. I betrayed my body first. Now it’s asking me to listen. This isn’t a complaint — it’s a reminder. If you don’t take care of yourself, your body will eventually demand it. Not gently. Not politely. So if you’ve been pushing too hard, ignoring pain, postponing rest — please hear this from someone who didn’t: Your body is not your enemy. It’s the only home you have. I’ll be quiet for a bit, focusing on healing. Thank you to everyone who’s still here. 🫂💜

Solidity is not a hard language. An experienced dev can learn it in a week. The hard things are how chains work, how EVM works, different concepts, DeFi protocols, different EIPs, best practices, security, testing. Solidity is easy, production smart contracts are not!
Artem Chystiakov@Arvolear

As a Solidity engineer, please don't learn syntax. Learn core EVM concepts, smart contract design patterns, and O(1) algorithms. Read EIPs, audit reports, and exploit post-mortems. Study basic cryptography, key management, and established DeFi protocols.

>90% of web3 projects don't clearly communicate: 1. What problems are they solving 2. Why users need this now 3. How their product helps users 4. Who are the Founders of the project 5. If they talked to users before building 6. How things will be scaled in the future 7. If their community is made up of bots or people 8. Why would their tokenomics be sustainable long term There's too much hype and confusion. There's not enough clarity and value added.

Listening to podcasts/interviews with some of the OGs in web3 security can help you level up immensely. You can get started with some of the @ProofOf_Podcast and @andyfeili episodes on YT and you won't regret it. The alpha is guaranteed.

A great tip that has helped me find more bugs in the past couple of months is rewriting the contracts I'm auditing line by line, character by character.
