Capitol Police were attempting to remove an unhinged protestor from the Armed Services hearing. He was fighting back. I decided to help out and deescalate the situation. This gentleman came to the Capitol looking for a confrontation, and he got one. I hope he gets the help he needs without causing further violence.

.@SteveDaines is not only an incredible legislator but a fantastic boss and mentor. He walks closely with Christ and shows others the way. He worked every day to protect the country he loves for his children and grandchildren. It made him a truly amazing Senator.

So yeah, I've been in the hospital since Monday. Turns out a ruptured colon is insanely painful and dangerous. I had a great surgeon and am on the road to recovery.
