I love fruit. I eat some fruit. But, if you think fruit is healthy when you have diabetes, please check your glucose before and after you eat that banana or those grapes, then decide for yourself.
The amount of sugar varies between fruit, so some are less bad than others.
Okay keto frens, my HDL is 70, my triglycerides are 41, my ketones via blood test are 1.1 to 2.4 or better. But my average blood glucose hovers at 100. It never drops below high 80s and, even after eating, never goes above 125. I'm on no meds. How is that possible?

@bode_omoleye As a resident, I had a neonatal CMV case and was able to get EM pictures of it. I wowed them at Pediatric Conference. Immunochemistry is much easier.
