Is this correct? My understanding is that many BSV coins have been effectively lost forever. Many before the original protocol was restored, & many after, because millions of BTC holders never claimed their BSV. AI estimated that 30–40% of all BSV in circulation is gone forever

BPI's Managing Director Conner Brown, former counsel to Senator Cynthia Lummis, argues Noah Doe's "finders keepers" algorithm weaponizes state property law. If approved, any long term HODLer or self custody investor could lose their property rights just for holding assets dormant for 5+ years.
