I have a standard: anything that denigrates entire demographics based on immutable characteristics is wrong and should be condemned, regardless of whos saying it. I always thought this standard was pretty milquetoast, non offensive and acceptible by any decent human. It seems I was wrong.
Oh, and anyone saying "it's just a joke" can shove it. It's obviously not a joke, its said with purpous and to state some ill concieved sense of retribution. It's idiotic and I don't want to associate with people that would put either my son or daughter in some rediculous bubble of hate. We're individuals, treat eachother as such.

Sabrina Carpenter: "Call men stupid in every possible way that you can" while giving songwriting advice at an award ceremony. If a male recording artist said this about women he'd be dropped by his label, lose his sponsors, tour boycotted, and there would be mass media hysteria.
