Gov3 Summit brought together one of the most diverse audiences in the digital identity, public services and blockchain landscape during @EFDevcon. Governments, municipalities, universities, companies and multilateral organizations from all over the world worked together on digital identity, open standards and trust infrastructure. At the governmental level, delegates from 14 Argentine provinces took part, along with representatives from 3 municipalities, delegations from Mexico and Colombia, the Argentine Financial Intelligence Unit (@UIFArgentina) and the Legislature of the City of Buenos Aires (@LegisCABA). Academic institutions contributed with research and technical expertise, including the University of Buenos Aires (@UBAonline), @UBAInvestiga, @uchampagnat, @UAI_Univ and @UDUALC. Brazil’s Central Bank (@BancoCentralBR) also joined the discussions, bringing a key perspective on regulation and financial infrastructure. From the global ecosystem, the Executive Director of the Enterprise Ethereum Alliance (@EntEthAlliance) participated, together with the Ethereum Foundation (@ethereumfndn) and @Etherealize_io. The Summit was organized by @sovraio, @ETHKipu, @class_lambda, @geodelabs, @AgendaCAF and #FederAI, creating a space where technology, public policy and engineering came together to advance toward interoperable and trustworthy identity for the region.
