Hey @PaulaFletcherTO I visited a farmers market at Greenwood park Sunday and watched a parking enforcement guy for @cityoftoronto deliberately write loads of parking tickets and put them on vehicles that had clearly displayed parking permits which will waste loads of taxpayer dollars to have them tossed out in court, not to mention the time/money and tremendous inconvenience for the vendors to get justice. Here is evidence.
