Actually the strongest evidence for improving the #mentalhealth of workers is to ensure that all supervisors/managers can confidently speak with staff about their psychological health. See @WHO review of the evidence. Train those supervisors; that'll help. rb.gy/61bxc

@AskWithings Unfortunately some really useful functionality has been lost. App was previously a market leader in showing health metric trends, but now is very much worse at displaying helpful information. I hope these changes can be rolled back, happy to discuss further! thanks.
