Why is there CCTV INSIDE the dorm? Where does the footage go? Who watches it? Isn’t this a severe child safeguarding breach? Isn’t the physical privacy + dignity of minors violated by installing those there? Great the cameras caught it, but the adults need to explain. Slooowly.

I'm sure if you follow up well, there are fire extinguishers in place. It's a requirement by the government in all schools. It's hard to have someone who is not well trained to get a fire extinguisher to put down fire than to save their own life. That's why the people that save lives are called heroes!
