I.e. If you are anxious, don't measure your progress by how connected you're feeling to your partners or loved ones. Measure progress by your ability to stay grounded and regulated when you are experiencing loss, rupture or disconnection from them.

Quick rule of thumb with attachment healing: Play to your strengths but measure change by the degree to which you're making progress in your weak areas.

@hulu this is my first NFL game to watch live on your service and it sucks!!! I started 30min late so I could fast forward through slow parts and commercials and it is impossible to “catch up” to get to the LIVE time of the game!?!?! Why so difficult?

Whoever designed this UX needs to take a serious look at themselves and figure out why they hate their users so much… @tivo set the bar for UX in “time shifting” television!

@SteveClementJax I have found it to be negligible. Unmeasurable with market leading Redgate and SQLSentry. Ran for a full day with AG paused... ran another day in async, another day in sync... no discernible difference in any metric - even transactional latency from NewRelic.

Is there any good guidance out there for estimating CPU overhead for implementing AGs? Or ADR as well? #sqlhelp

@kekline In a browser, SSRS is responding to HTTPS via hostname and alias (with SAN cert). And on port 80 with local IP. In incognito mode, SSRS prompts for login. Tried all combinations with health check. No luck

#SQLHELP has any deployed SSRS behind an AWS Network Load Balancer? I am having significant trouble getting the health checks to pass so that the NLB can actually pass traffic properly. TIA!

Anyone have any real world experience with comparisons of Postgres vs Microsoft SQL Server? I've got a friend whos company is considering Postgres as their new platform and only saying "well, its cheaper". No other benchmark, just license cost. #sqlhelp I'm trying to to be bias.
