@thetrainline hi, if my plans have changed today and I can now make an earlier train (from Nuneaton to Stoke) would this be allowed on my ticket? it only highlights later trains and not any earlier!

@thetrainline Yes I switched my avanti ticket for a wmr lnr ticket so my ticket no longer says avanti :)

@peachy_keee Hi, the 15:11 service contains a ticket which is only valid on LNR and WMR services, so you won't be able to board it with a ticket for an Avanti service. If your ticket doesn't have route restrictions, then you can board the 15:37 service. Thanks, - Rado

@thetrainline hi! I’m getting the train to London later and can see there are delays and cancellations happening on my route, if my train is cancelled and the next train is a different operator will there be any ticket acceptance arrangements in place? Thank you!

@thetrainline My avanti train has been cancelled so I have switched to a WMR train, would it be safe to say that as the ticket says WMR LNR only that if the 3:11 is cancelled I could get the 3:37? I can’t get anything after my original cancelled train as I need to be at Euston by 5:30!

@peachy_keee Hi Delay Repay claims are processed via the operators rather than TfWM. Do you know which rail operator you appealed this with and I can find their contact details for you.

@thetrainline Hi! I’m travelling to Euston tomorrow via WMR from Nuneaton and just wanted to check this journey will be okay - it’s an important event I’m travelling to! I can see AWC and LNR are affected but as my train passes through Milton Keynes I just wanted to check! :)
