I refinanced like 2-3 years in to take out 20k to pay for windows... had under 3%... now 3.25% Point is nobody includes "interest" after selling their home. This is a TINY mortgage too. People are so fucked. You will never make your $$$ back on any home you buy today. Sorry!

@BartolomeoGuy1 @pengu_spaghetti @Nakamotolisk Yep it’s unfortunate. But every 20 or so years precious metals go on a major run. It thwarted us this cycle. There is always that chance this is an insane trap and we are actually in an extended bull but each day that passes that hope fades another fraction.

Sold about 90% of my stock portfolio yesterday. New $BTC Loan liquidation price is $61k. Yes I know it is horrible timing, but locking in even more stock losses is more bearable than my 9 years of $BTC disappearing. I didn’t expect a super thwarted $126k cycle peak with 4 months of a falling knife right after. We’ve been a falling knife for months now, but even in a bear market MM’s will give some glimmer of hope. I still think $BTC will retest $100k which is also where the 200 SMA will be. For anyone else who is in over their head on these loans, I know it will suck to sell Bitcoin in a Bear market but I think that would be a necessary time to sell some. We need to lower our liquidation price to a reasonable level. At bare minimum $50k, but ideally $30’s.
