@stateofcharge Thank you for the tip. I reached out to the rep and I am having some hope again as I didn't know that's a thing. For warranty so far I didn't find any details other than the battery is covered.

@peper I don't know if the PCHY has a battery capacity warranty, Many BEVs do, but it's not as common on PHEVs. You need to do a warranty deep dive to see what specifically it says about battery capacity/health. You could also find your regional service rep and complain to them.

@stateofcharge I love your detailed videos! This is a long shot, but I started my "EV" adventure with a 2022 Pacifica PHEV with 20k miles and I only like it in EV mode. Battery already degraded to 60% capacity. Are there any rules that would force @Chrysler to replace it?

Dealer of course claims everything "works as designed" and battery is "100% efficient". They claimed to have driven 35 miles on battery to test but even the trip meter showed ~18 of that was gas. I can do ~18 instead of ~30 on battery and this gives my anxiety on daily commute.
