The developers may have had an idea of how the games ethos will be, but the players will mold the ethos their way. PvP may not have been part of the ethos at launch, but it is now. And hiding players who refuse to PvP in a PvPvE game by shoving them into “don’t shoot” servers via aggression-based matchmaking is going to make the loud minority even more loud.
