@loganflatt @domainretail @GoDaddy @afternic Congrats!! Could you tell what factors made you price it so high?
English

Have we achieved peak AI hype when a two-word, 19-letter, 7-syllable .com domain name sells for six figures with no negotiation whatsoever?
Thank you to @GoDaddy's @Afternic team for building a brand and platform that end users trust enough to spend that much on AgenticIntelligence.com without blinking. Or, maybe it was an Agentic AI agent that cannot blink at all? 🤷♂️

Buy a used car under 7L if running is under 500 km monthly
I always recommend buying a new car because it is stress free, comes with warranty and good for first 4-5 years but lately because of this constant ethanol increase worry, DPF headache in Diesel and countless ongoing issues in EV ownership...
It is recommended that you get a used Maruti, Honda, Toyota, Hyundai or KIA car from any known source, less than 60K km driven, non-accidental and with min 2 airbags.
The perks of buying a new car aren't there anymore with constant headaches. If you get one, please drive it as much as possible in 5-6 years to squeeze max value.

100 Orders in just 24 Days. ₹0 Dependency on aggregators.
I’ve waited a while to post this.
Back in February, my mother and wife @JavairiyaA tried something small, a one-day exhibition to serve authentic Kolkata-style biryani and snacks from home. The response was great, a few orders trickled in, but I was too caught up with La Fiza to help beyond basic pricing and menu layouts.
Fast forward to June I kept craving Kolkata biryani in Jaipur. Nothing here really hit the mark. No proper Kolkata aloo, no slow dum aroma, nothing even close.
That’s when I realized something: I’m sitting on a gap I deeply understand, and two of the best home cooks I know are already halfway solving it.
So on June 22nd, I launched Kolkata Kitchen Originals a direct-to-customer, home-based cloud kitchen, biryani-first and proudly not on Zomato or Swiggy.
Here’s the thing:
We didn’t want to chase scale or burn cash. We wanted every single order to be profitable from Day 1.
So I set a target:
Let’s do 100 profitable orders. Test the model. Watch the feedback. Learn directly from customers.
That milestone? We hit it in 24 days.
With just ₹1,838 in ad spend.
Customer acquisition cost? Around ₹23.
Repeat rate? 20% and growing.
Every order came through WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
Every delivery was Rapido/Uber.
Every dish was made fresh, after the order.
And every customer was spoken to personally.
No commission cuts. No app policies. No fake reviews. Just food, feedback, and trust the old-school way.
We’re just getting started. But I’ve made one thing clear to myself: I won’t repeat the early-stage mistakes we made with La Fiza. I know the cost of building blindly.
So this time, the foundation is tight.
The math works. The love is real. And the vision is simple:
Scale Kolkata Kitchen. But scale it profitably.
Big thanks to @kawal279 bhai for sharp menu insights and @kushgrwl bhai for showing me the power of Meta ads and direct ordering. Both of you helped more than you know.
Let’s see where this goes.
We’re ready.

Landed at Bangalore airport from Jaipur today afternoon.
Three days ago, I got a message from someone who had shopped from us. First for himself, then for his family and friends. He had come across my videos on Instagram and reached out saying he wanted to invest in us. Honestly his excitement made me think it might not be genuine at first.
But he followed up again and we ended up having a phone conversation. He mentioned he wanted to meet in person. Since my manufacturing partner was with me, I invited him to meet me at the airport.
He came, we spoke for 45 minutes and right there he wrote us a cheque. He had seen all my videos and our entire conversation revolved around them.
Before leaving he said this - Even if this investment goes to zero, I am not worried. Just go all in and execute well.

Visited Dubai Textile City, met some inspiring Indian businessmen who are among the biggest textile exporters to the Middle East, US, and Europe.
Learnt so much from them.
Truly impressive to see this kind of world-class textile infrastructure in Dubai!
Hope we can get to see such infrastructural developments in India too! 🙌🏻🇮🇳🇦🇪

Each of these letters are very strong, and also have great synergies in the order they are in with this particular name. I will upgrade/renew the portfolio....NFA DROR.
