Ah Chris, I left @MrsBrownsBoys nine years ago. I had a great time and enjoyed life during that time, but all good things must come to an end. My priorities shifted, and leaving the show was the right decision for me then. I don't regret it in the slightest. Besides, Mrs Brown’s Boys doesn't need me back. The show is bigger than any one character… well, apart from Agnes🤭, and it's thriving without me. Plus, you can always catch me on the repeats 👋

Transport for London has just announced a trial for advanced, high-tech “stealth” speed cameras across the capital, and several West London boroughs are officially on the list. Unlike the old yellow boxes, these new cameras do NOT flash and do not require white lines painted on the road. Using advanced 4D imaging radar, a single camera can monitor speed, distance, elevation, and direction across five lanes of bi-directional traffic all at once. The trial is specifically targeting 20mph and 30mph zones across nine London boroughs: 📍 Ealing 📍 Brent 📍 Hammersmith & Fulham 📍 Haringey 📍 Tower Hamlets 📍 Havering 📍 Croydon 📍 Hackney 📍 Sutton TfL states this upgrade is “vital” for consistent enforcement and reducing road casualties. However, the Institute of Advanced Motorists (IAM) pointed out that since average speeds in London are already below 20mph, the focus should instead be on catching drivers illegally using their mobile phones at the wheel #UB1UB2 #London #Ealing

Transport for London is dropping a massive headache on West London by completely shutting down the A40 Westway in both directions starting at 10 PM on Friday, 20th March. This isn’t just a quick weekend job - the road will be closed 24/7 all the way until late April 2026 while they replace structural joints under the flyover. Because the A40 carries a massive 96,000 vehicles every single day, TfL has already warned that local roads are going to face “widespread chaos” and heavy gridlock. Even if you don’t drive, 33 bus routes are going to be caught in the mess.

The Met Police has officially closed the front counters at Harrow and Pinner stations to save cash, forcing local residents to travel all the way to Wembley to speak to an officer in person. Harrow Council is so outraged by the move that they have sent a legal warning to the Mayor of London and the Met. On top of this, from tomorrow (March 3rd), Hounslow and Acton stations will officially lose their 24/7 status and will shut their doors at 10pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends.
