@BenosOnline @gvarados S&box isn't in closed beta. It's a closed developer preview. Small games and remakes are all that's made currently as a lot of things are still in flux and people are learning what they can and can't do.

Facepunch is seriously considering opening S&box as a free standalone game engine. An alternative to Unity, Unreal, Godot, etc.

@CopyWritedDad @AntonHand Garry has said on numerous occasions that exporting and uploading to external platforms will have 0 cost to the developer (from FP.) He mentioned it most recently in the newest blog about the scene system
