In 2011, the average range of electric cars was just 73 miles. It's now 247 miles. Some are getting more than 500 miles.

Europe may not be a military superpower, or a pop culture superpower. But it's an economic superpower and, uniquely, the world's social superpower. Europe is the best place to live in the world (even if an inferiority complex means many here don't understand that). That's power.
