@OctopusEnergy my app has suddenly changed my Octopus Go to Flexible Octopus from 18th June. I was told this wouldn’t happen. I need this checking please….or it will mean my car will cost 4 times as must to charge from Sunday.

@LeShuttle do you have any info on the frequent traveler initiative? i was a member for years, I know it was suspended (for a short time apparently) due to demand / Covid during in summer of 2020. We are a few years down the line now with no restrictions, is it going to return?

@indiecampers have an issue with my booking. had to amend last years booking in June 21 due to COVID. I was told at the time I could rebook for this for the same time in 2022. I’m now been told that I have to book for longer (extra 3 days), why can’t you honour the original days?

@NeatoRobotics Had my D7 for three months. constantly needed to reload the floor plan, and the side brush has stopped working. Your guys have helped me sent it off for repair but I’ve not heard anything in two weeks. This doesn’t sound like a quality product or quality service
