I keep meeting even older people at hostels (high end in Japan or at least branded well ones in Thailand, Manila etc.) who could afford to stay elsewhere or even at the same price more lux digs but having common spaces with energy makes a lonely boring trip an amazing adventure.

After spending a couple months with excellent "third places" my life was 100x better. Meeting people, sharing meals and conversations and just the coffee shop energy magnified to a level that was incredibly enlivening vs solo living.

Today I learned from @hubermanlab that the duration for optimal block times was 90 minutes followed by a break time. Good thing I have @MeetXembly and I can just set 90 minutes as my block time default!
