Xie Zhenhua, China’s veteran climate negotiator, is expected to travel to Sunny Lands, California later this week for in-person talks with John Kerry. Sunny Lands is where Xi and Obama first met in 2013. The meeting will pave the ground for the Xi-Biden summit at APEC.
